Availability

Cosi Tabellini UK makes every effort to ensure all our products are in stock and the availability of our products is updated on our website several times per day to show where stock is available.

However, despite our best efforts to keep accurate records of stock, in certain cases we do run out of stock from time-to-time if there has been particularly strong demand for a product. Unfortunately this cannot always be avoided and Cosi Tabellini UK apologises if you experience this with us.

If this does happen, Cosi Tabellini UK will notify you straight away and will make you aware of when you can expect your order to arrive.
You can then decide if you would like to receive a refund (if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time) or, of course, wait until the item is in stock.


Pricing

We can only vouch for Cosi Tabellini prices on the official Cosi Tabellini UK website. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.

All prices listed on our website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, due to fluctuations in the price of our raw materials, particularly the key component of pewter - tin, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time and all former prices lose their validity. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to the website allowing you to be aware of them before ordering.

Special offers on the website do not reflect general pricing. 

We deny liability for mistakes in prices quoted on our product pages. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If you cancel, we will refund you for any sum that has been debited from your credit / debit card for the goods.

All shopping cart transactions are completed in British pounds and payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and converted in to your local currency on your card statement.


Colours & Descriptions

Cosi Tabellini UK takes the utmost care to ensure that all products dispatched reflect the descriptions and photographs within the product reviews, however there may be occasions when some of the information featured on the website includes incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Such errors are unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information has affected your purchase.

If you feel this is not the case, then please contact customer services within 7 working days, and we will offer you a refund if there is a genuine error.

However, the following considerations need to be borne in mind:
• Photos of products may not be to scale, so always check the dimensions listed in the product review.
• As all of the pewter products are handmade, there will be slight variations from the product photo to what you actually receive.
• Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible within photographs, however, there might be slight variations due to the lighting set-up when the photographs were taken, and also due to variations between different computer monitor / screen settings, and therefore the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.


Correspondence

Cosi Tabellini UK will make every effort to respond quickly to all (applicable) email messages, however, it is under no obligation to do this, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions.

Faults

We take the utmost care to ensure that all goods are carefully checked and are free of faults before they are dispatched. If, however, the goods do not meet your expectations (and our high standards of quality) then please contact customer services within 7 working days, and we will offer a refund or replacement, but we reserve the right to inspect the faulty product(s) prior to making this decision.

In the event of a replacement being sent out to you for a genuine faulty product, we will not charge for additional postage costs.

If you suspect you have a faulty product supplied by Cosi Tabellini UK then please contact us in the first instance by telephone or email as some problems may be resolved or avoided by an explanation or advice from one of our knowledgeable members of staff.

If the return of goods is necessary, please do so by sending the goods back to us by a secure delivery method (preferably Royal Mail recorded, special delivery or a courier) and that all returns are suitably packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or non-arrival of goods.

Please enclose a completed returns form, or a covering letter including your name, address, nature of the fault and the action you wish us to take. Where possible please include a copy of the original receipt or invoice so we have all the relevant information to hand are able to process the return as quickly as possible.

On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products. In some instances we reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer (Cosi Tabellini (Italy)) for further inspection or testing.

Please ensure that all returns are clean and dry. All products that are dirty will be returned at your expense.
We must be informed of any omissions or damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receipt.


Purchase of Knives

We are unable to sell knives to people under 18 years of age. By purchasing a knife through this website you are declaring that you are over 18 years of age.

Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

In the event of a return of goods for a refund, the amount reimbursed will be the full purchase price of the returned items (excluding cost of delivery).

Unfortunately Cosi Tabellini UK is unable to reimburse the postage paid on the original order.

All returned goods must be a) unused, and b) in a saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage of returned goods, and therefore you should take care to ensure that the goods are a) received by us at our warehouse, and b) not damaged in transit.

It is advisable that you register the parcel and take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

You will need to return the items to our warehouse within 30 days.

Cancellations

If you have added items to your shopping cart but haven’t already submitted an order for payment, you may clear all or some of the items from your shopping cart at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button which is situated next to the product(s) that you do not wish to purchase.

If you have already submitted an order for payment, but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact Cosi Tabellini UK as soon as possible as orders move through the warehouse quickly, and the sooner we are notified, the quicker we can remedy the situation, as you only have 30 days to return the order.

You will be reimbursed the full cost of the goods, but Cosi Tabellini UK will not be able to reimburse the postage costs from us to you, and you will also be liable for postage costs sending the goods back to our warehouse.

**NB During busy shopping promotion periods such as the Black Friday weekend we regret that express delivery will not be available in order for us to service all our customers' orders in a fair 'first come-first served' basis.

Please note, all Cosi Tabellini products are hand-crafted items, therefore individual items take a little time to be dispatched from the workshop.

Standard delivery to UK addresses: up to 10-20 business days
Express delivery to UK addresses: 4-5 business days

Standard delivery to non-UK addresses: up to 10 business days
Express delivery to non-UK addresses: 4-5 business days

NB - Since Brexit we receive all UK orders here at UK HQ first in order to absorb any import and customs duties & tariffs rather than our valued customers getting a surprise addition to the overall cost - we then forward each order. This has inevitably impacted on how quickly we can fulfill your order. We appreciate your patience and hope you can appreciate the cost benefit to you.

Import and customs duties & tariffs may have to be paid if your delivery address is outside of the UK and the EU, and these would be levied once a shipment reaches your country in the form of additional charges for customs clearance, and are usually collected upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

Ordering & Payment

Cosi Tabellini UK accepts all of the following credit/debit cards and PayPal:

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.

All credit and debit card orders are processed securely by Worldpay; Cosi Tabellini UK does not handle or process any card data for orders placed online.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and the order will be cancelled.

If you prefer to place a credit / debit card order over the telephone, you will find the order number of an item on its product page. For some items, you need to choose colour, size or other specifications before the order number is shown.

All prices for Cosi Tabellini UK items delivered within the EU include VAT; the VAT being charged is set at the UK VAT rate. For items delivered to a non-EU address, or non EU VAT area, VAT isn't charged, and the items are zero-rated, but we maintain one price for each item as shown on the product pages of our website. Our international flat-rated pricing policy means that the total price you pay us for products is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale. Therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for VAT, as well as any other import duties and local taxes, on their purchases.
